FAQ
Questions people ask
- Is handwriting analysis scientific?
- No. Graphology, reading personality from handwriting, has not held up in controlled studies, so treat your result as a fun mirror rather than a measurement. Forensic document examination, which checks who wrote something, is a different field.
- Do I need to upload a photo?
- No. You look at your own writing and answer the questions. Nothing about your handwriting leaves your device.
- What does a right slant mean in handwriting?
- In handwriting tradition, letters that lean forward are read as outgoing and expressive, upright letters as controlled, and a backward lean as reserved.
- What does small handwriting say about you?
- Small writing is traditionally linked with focus and a preference for detail, large writing with confidence and wanting to be noticed. In this test small writing points toward The Observer.
- Why is my signature different from my handwriting?
- Many people sign faster or bigger than they write. Graphologists read a very different signature as a gap between the public and private self; in this test it nudges you toward The Maverick.
- Is it free?
- Yes. No email, no account and no paywall, ever.
